The 2023 Season has officially kicked off for both the 12U and 14U teams. We are slated for a wide mixture of tournament platforms and venues and the teams are excited to be on the fields!

Season Finale!
That’s a wrap on the 2023 season! The Fury finished the year 32-31on season. A lot of great tournaments, Myrtle Beach trips as well as many of the ladies making the Top Gun All-Star tournament with all three coaches leading teams.
Thank you to all the support from everyone for the Fury throughout the year. Your continued support allows the Fury do many great things each season to build on the skills and sportsmanship of the ladies. A special thank you to Winthrop University and the entire coaching staff. We appreciate all of your support.
The Fury will be back soon. We will be moving forward with our current team into the 14U division. We will also be welcoming in a brand new 12U team that we will recognize soon.
What has the Palmetto Fury 12u been up to lately??
We’ve been dipping our toes into the 14u tournament scene!!! All of our current 12u ladies are moving up to 14u in the Spring and we are getting ourselves ready!! The last two weeks we’ve put into action our hard work and SHOWED UP! While we didn’t bring home any bling, we held our own and proved ourselves.
On the Oct 29th weekend after pool games, we seeded a respectable 7th out of 16 teams. We finished the day 3rd in the silver bracket.
This week we came in ready to raise our play to compete with some really talented teams. The Fury finished 4th in the gold bracket after falling to the undefeated, veteran #1 seed.
The Fury will finish out the Fall 2022 season in the 14u age group. We have 2 more tournaments and are working hard to finish strong!!

Great day of softball! We started out winning both of the pool games and only allowing 2 runs. With this, the ladies earned the #1 seed in the gold bracket.
Our first bracket game went down to the final inning. We were down 2-0 and the bats coming alive with a walk off hit to give us the win 3-2. This advanced us to the championship game. Unfortunately, we fell short in our bid to win it all and earned the runner up spot to the #2 seed team.
Overall, it was a great day and a great way to end our 12U journey with these ladies. This group will be moving up to 14U tournaments for the rest of the fall season.
Sept 2nd - 5th
Before we kick of the fall season, the Fury will have some great representation in the upcoming All-American Games in Myrtle Beach! Ladies were selected to play in the games based on their performance in pitching or hitting. They will have the opportunity to play on teams with ladies from across NC/SC/VA/WV. This is a great time to create new friends, show off their skills and have some fun playing softball. Good luck to all the ladies at the games!

That’s a wrap on the Spring 2022 season!
That’s a wrap on the Spring 2022 season!! Leaving Myrtle Beach with our heads held high and a 3-2 record.
This season we played 44 games in 10 total tournaments. Of those 10 we played 6 in the Gold Bracket! With a winning percentage of .570. We even moved from the BB division to the B division putting us against a higher caliber level of teams. These girls worked their tails off this season and we are excited to see what the fall holds for us!
The Fury is thankful for parents, families and all others who made this season possible!

Not going to lie…. The Fury had a rough morning. But if there is one thing we are good at doing, it’s a rally. So we RALLIED! After our longest 1 day tournament to date (12 full hours) we found ourselves in the silver bracket championship game. We battled and fell to our opponent 0-1. Proud of the 2nd place bling as it fully represents the sweat and tears of today!
